听不到声音 / 别人听不到我
- 检查系统与浏览器是否选对输入/输出设备。
- 确认站点权限里麦克风为「允许」。
- 会议中确认自己未静音，并关闭其他占用麦克风的应用。
页面空白、一直转圈
- 强制刷新（Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R）
- 清除该站点 Cookie 与缓存后重新登录
- 关闭广告拦截扩展再试
- 换 Edge / Chrome 最新版
无法共享屏幕
部分浏览器需要额外授权「屏幕共享」。macOS 还需在系统设置中允许浏览器录制屏幕。请使用最新浏览器，并避免在过旧系统上开会。
登录反复失败
先确认账号密码正确，并完成组织二次验证。若仍失败，可换网络、关闭 VPN 后再试，或联系 IT 确认账户是否被策略限制网页登录。
No audio / others cannot hear you
- Check the correct input/output device in the OS and browser.
- Set microphone permission for the site to Allow.
- Unmute in the meeting and close other apps using the mic.
Blank page or endless loading
- Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R)
- Clear site cookies/cache and sign in again
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Switch to the latest Edge or Chrome
Cannot share screen
Some browsers need an extra screen-sharing permission. On macOS, allow Screen Recording for the browser in System Settings. Prefer an up-to-date browser.
Sign-in keeps failing
Confirm credentials and complete MFA. If it still fails, try another network, disable VPN, or ask IT whether web sign-in is restricted.
